Perimeter Fence
Phase 1 of the fencing project has been completed and phase 2 will be starting in 2023.
If you have any questions or comments about the work that has already been done that you believe requires the attention of the contractor, please contact Heather (heathere@crest-management.com) and she will get in touch with the contractor.
April meeting notes: The board approved Houston Fence as the contractor to complete phase 2 of the work. We will be preparing to let homeowners know when they will be impacting by the upgrades.
May meeting notes: We have approved the funding and contract for phase 2 of the Fence. Homeowner notifications should be going out shortly.
September meeting notes: Budget suggestions for next year were made. They will be reviewed during October and budgets are planned to be finalized in November.
