2023 Fence Project

June 1, 2023 

The HOA will be replacing the fence along S. Greenhouse north of Kingsland Blvd.  Work is scheduled to begin the week of June 5th and will start at the northwest end of the project. The project will take approximately 5-6 weeks to complete. Homeowners should receive two notices, one from Crest Management and one from the contracted company, Houston Fence Company.

Phase 1 of the fencing project has been completed and phase 2 will be starting in 2023.
