January meeting notes: There is nothing new to report.

February meeting notes:  Annual meeting held. No monthly report. 

March meeting notes: Some curbing was fixed in the neighborhood. A pile of earth remains to be cleared by EZ Fiber. Help is requested in trying to get EZ Fiber to cooperate with these improvements.

April meeting notes:  IMS has been very responsive and has been  notified of the dead landscaping  

May meeting notes: Nothing new to report.

June meeting notes:  Heather Esteban to send Danielle Pilkinton contacts for recent tree trimming services.  Annual color for winter change out for the neighborhood was approved and contacts for tree trimming services were requested.

July meeting notes  The power in The Forest was restored on Tuesday after Hurricane Beryl. One homeowner in The Forest lost a major tree, but sustained no damage to the house. The tree has already been cleaned up, but is waiting to be removed. There is a new volunteer to help with tree trimming.

August meeting notes: Nothing new to report

September meeting notes: No budget presentation at this time

December meeting notes:  A volunteer to help with the front entrance gate project. ATT dug up the newly planted color in the median in the Forest.
