January meeting notes:  The committee lead reported that there has been a gate/sheered bolt issue that has now been fixed. 

February meeting notes:  Annual meeting held. No monthly report. 

March meeting notes: The Board will check to see if the previous committee lead will continue to report on this committee. 

April meeting notes: Nothing new to report.

May meeting notes:  Flower beds made smaller to help with upkeep and beautify the entrance at the Enclave.  

June meeting notes:  Bids have been sent for coach light replacements and landscape lighting repair. 

July meeting notes:  Power and water were restored Wednesday evening following Hurricane Beryl.  The gate app is not working due to lack of cell service, but not much damage otherwise.

August meeting notes: No updates

September meeting notes:  Proposed 2025 budget was presented. Overall Enclave budget will increase $25 while decreasing the Enclave homeowner’s annual rate.

December meeting notes: Nothing new to report
