Green Trails Phase II has six parks that are beautiful and vibrant. The park volunteers are needed to monitor the playground equipment, grounds, splash pads, water fountains, and garbage canisters and also help with budget planning and reporting maintenance needs. The pools and tennis courts in these parks are monitored separately from Park volunteers, however, we encourage all residents to “see something, say something”. For more information about the community's amenities, please visit the Amenities page.

April meeting notes: The annual inspection of the playgrounds, performed by a licensed company, reported only minor maintenance issues, no major items of concern.
The water fountains at all six parks are now operational. One light pole located at Crescent Green Park was blown down due to high winds. A new lighting system is being installed at Crescent Green Park because of the age and condition of the remaining light poles at Crescent Green Park.
May meeting notes: We will be modifying the wording in the Pavilion Reservation form to ensure it includes some new considerations.
June meeting notes: The Pavilion reservation form was updated with new additions and approved. Crescent Green Park's tall light poles were removed because of their deteriorating condition. A new lighting system was installed with low-maintenance LED lamps on shorter/safer poles along the interior sidewalk of Crescent Green Park.
July Meeting notes: Nothing new to report.
August Meeting notes: Improvements have been made in the parks including lighting and leveling out grounds. There has been a duck in the pool at Park Cypress and Crest agreed to contact a wildlife organization to try to have it removed.
September meeting notes: Budget suggestions for next year were made. They will be reviewed during October and budgets are planned to be finalized in November.
