The Green Trails Phase II website and official Facebook page are in need of a communications lead.  The director will monitor the website to ensure official information has been posted when needed and facilitate communications for the official Facebook page.  The director will communicate with the management company to post neighborhood information for our residents.  To view current volunteer opportunities, please click here.

This is a great communication tool for our residents to receive quality information about our neighborhood.  The communication director is needed in this area to ensure this quality of information.

January meeting notes:  The committee lead reported that she posted all the Board meeting dates.

February meeting notes:  Annual meeting held. No monthly report. 

March meeting notes:  Postings were made about the new card readers and cards and about damage to landscaping. Outdated items were removed. 

April meeting notes:  The monthly minutes, events and dates have been updated on the website. Fence Phase 3 start date will be publicized and door hangers will be put out starting this week. All emails from Crest have been moved over to the Prepared Publications distribution list.

May meeting notes:  We are continually working to improve the communication to residents. 

June meeting notes:  Need to add AT&T contact number to website for fiber install feedback.  Prepared publications added a banner on the website to better advertise events and information, including a request to report storm damage and follow up on mosquito treatment/truck spray.. Also posted a note from Sgt Ellis about how to report crime or maintain anonymity online.  Email blast box has been added to a more prominent place.
A call will be put out for volunteers for holiday decoration bid collection and July 4th parade on the website.

July meeting notes:  A pop up on the home page was added to the website in an attempt to get information to residents more quickly. A newsletter template that could go out quarterly by eblast. She will reach out to committee leads and update the template to send out as a trial. 

August meeting notes: Hot topics will be updated on website and will include: fence and roof approval via ARC committee and budget cycle kick off in September meeting. Also need to update the volunteer list, showing the last update in 2023.

September meeting notes: Nothing new to report
