The Green Trails Phase II website and official Facebook page are in need of a communications lead. The director will monitor the website to ensure official information has been posted when needed and facilitate communications for the official Facebook page. The director will communicate with the management company to post neighborhood information for our residents.
This is a great communication tool for our residents to receive quality information about our neighborhood. The communication director is needed in this area to ensure this quality of information.

June meeting notes: Several updates have been made to the website including an update to pool hours and the updated court reservation form.
July meeting notes: The website and facebook page will be updated with information about vandalism, pine barks and trash management based on feedback at this month's meeting.
August meeting notes: Updates to the website on vandalism, pine bark beetles and trash pickup have been made.
September meeting notes: Budget suggestions for next year were made. They will be reviewed during October and budgets are planned to be finalized in November.
